Information we collect
- Account info: email, display name, and (optionally) an avatar.
- Creator info: channel details and, for payouts, identity/banking details collected by Stripe.
- Content & activity: videos you upload, follows, memberships, comments, and likes.
- Usage data: basic analytics such as views (with IP addresses hashed for privacy), approximate country, and device/browser info.
How we use it
To operate the Service — authenticate you, host and stream videos, process memberships, show creators their audience and insights, send transactional emails, and keep the platform secure.
Service providers
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting, database, storage, video streaming, and transactional email.
- Cloudflare — security and content delivery (CDN).
- Stripe — payments and creator payouts (handles card and banking data; see Stripe's privacy policy).
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & local storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences (such as theme and sidebar state). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Your choices & rights
You can edit your profile, cancel memberships, and request deletion of your account. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data — contact us to exercise them.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Payment records are retained by Stripe per their policies.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country).
